Hybrid Athlete Training
Develop strength and endurance together without losing sight of recovery.
How the plan works
Training can combine appropriately sequenced resistance sessions, aerobic base work, power development and conditioning. Volume and intensity depend on your event, goals, available time and current readiness.
Step 1 — Establish your baseline
We review your goal, activity level, available training equipment, current constraints, and realistic schedule. Appropriate medical clearance is required when relevant.
Step 2 — Build a repeatable training plan
We select manageable sessions, technique priorities and training progressions. TNOS principles can guide eccentric, isometric and concentric work when appropriate for your goals.
Step 3 — Measure and adjust
Progress reviews can include repetitions, strength, movement confidence, walking or conditioning capacity, and adherence — not appearance alone.
